Stacy and Amy Turney Lead Pastors

 

Stacy and Amy were married in 1991 and now after 19 years of marriage have 3 beautiful children, Miles, Graham, and Mckinley. They began ministering to youth in 1991 as Stacy served in the U.S. Marines until 1995. They both worked in business for the first 6 years of their marriage before starting vocational ministry in 1997. Stacy has served on two church staffs as Youth Pastor and Executive Pastor. He is an ordained minister and has served on the state board for youth ministry for a large fellowship of churches and conducted discipleship camps, a statewide outreach ministry for junior high and high school campuses, and coordinated summer youth camps. Stacy's passion is to help people live their lives at the highest level as they serve Jesus Christ.

 In 2008, Stacy and Amy sensed God was inspiring something new in their lives. They connected with a church planting organization called ARC (Association of Related Churches), and after several months of seeking wisdom, direction, travelling, preaching, and praying, they embraced the call of God to pioneer a new church. Finding the right location was such a vital part of the process as they desire to pour their lives into a community and region. As a few weeks went by and many cities passed through their prayers and thoughts, Dothan, Al emerged and captured their hearts. Once they began pursuing this call, it was evident that they were moving in the right direction as God began confirming this direction in many ways. So, this began a new adventurous chapter in their lives…
